I write about governance, incentives, and the accelerating world we are entering — a world where institutions struggle to keep pace with technological, economic, and societal change.
My work explores a simple but difficult question:
Why do some systems learn and adapt, while others stagnate or fracture?
Drawing on experiences across cultures, decades of observing how organizations succeed and fail, and a lifelong interest in the logic beneath human behavior, I focus on the structural forces that shape modern governance:
- incentives and misalignment
- institutional learning and decay
- AI’s impact on political and economic systems
- national competitiveness in an age of acceleration
- how citizens can remain grounded in complexity
I believe that clarity, humility, and disciplined reasoning are increasingly rare — yet increasingly essential — as we build the next generation of institutions. My goal is not to tell moral stories, but to understand mechanisms: how societies rise, drift, adapt, or decline.
